Accounting Clerk
Full Time Position
Location: Administrative (Corporate)
Position Summary
Assist with bookkeeping transactions and posting. Assist with payroll processing as needed. Provides required data and assistance as needed for monthly financial statements and annual audit.

Works closely with the Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain a complete and accurate financial record-keeping system.

Duties include monthly accounts receivable reconciliation, reporting and accounts payable posting and follow up as well as filing, data entry and deposit entries to the financial system.

Other duties include assisting with the bi-weekly payroll processing, and company benefit plans processing.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements

Excellent mathematical and record keeping skills.

Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles (GAAP).

Excellent Computer proficiency.

Competent working knowledge of MS Office and billing software.

Educational and Experience Requirements

2 years Associates degree in Accounting or other related field from an accredited college

2 years minimum experience in healthcare environment preferred.
