What is an ARCH?An Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH) is a licensed facility that provides 24-hour care and assistance with daily living activities in a comfortable, home-like setting. It is designed for individuals who need support but do not require full-time nursing care.

Who is eligible to live in an ARCH?ARCHs are ideal for individuals who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. Residents may have chronic health conditions, mobility challenges, or cognitive impairments but do not require intensive medical care.

Do you accept any type of medical insurance?Unfortunately not at this time.

How do you know if your ARCH Level of Care? Who makes that determination?The applicants PCP completes specific forms that are required by the state. Those forms will let you know what Level of care they have been assessed for.

Is there an acuity scale?No not at this time.

Do you offer day / hourly drop offs?Unfortunately not at this time.

Do you offer Respite care ?We offer short stay services.

Are you still doing Hospice Care at the facility?We are currently an ARCH and are not focused on end of life care services.

What services are provided in an ARCH?Our ARCH offers: Assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Medication management and health monitoring Nutritious meals and dietary support Housekeeping and laundry services Social and recreational activities 24/7 supervision and care

How is an ARCH different from a nursing home?An ARCH provides personalized care in a smaller, home-like environment, whereas nursing homes offer more intensive medical and skilled nursing care for individuals with complex health conditions.

Can residents bring their own furniture and personal belongings?Yes! We encourage residents to bring familiar belongings, such as furniture, photos, and decorations, to make their space feel more like home.

How do you ensure the safety of residents?Our ARCH is staffed 24/7 by trained caregivers who monitor residents' well-being and provide assistance. We also have safety measures such as emergency response systems, fall prevention protocols, and secure living areas along with our key access entry door and gate features along with our privacy fence.

Are visitors allowed?Yes! We encourage family and friends to visit and stay connected with their loved ones. We have flexible visiting hours to accommodate loved ones while ensuring residents' comfort and care.

How are meals and dietary needs managed?We provide nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to residents' dietary preferences and medical needs. Our team accommodates special diets such as low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, and texture-modified meals.
