Clinical Administrative Assistant

Location: Corporate

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists and supports Director of Clinical Services as needed, including calendar and appointment management.

  • Provides strategy updates and other communications as directed. 

  • Organizes, files, types, and collates data and records related to the clinical functions of the organization.

  • Manages, maintains, and communicates clinical staff schedule. 

  • Prepares for various clinical meetings (including in-person and videoconferencing formats) and records minutes.

  • Generate and present clinical, statistical, and invoice data/detail reports in a clear, concise manner as required.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

  • Highly attentive to detail. 

  • Ability to use sound judgment in decision making and problem solving by utilizing resource materials and communication with others.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. 

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in cooperation with others.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of Associates Degree; preferably in Office Administration and Technology or higher.

  • Minimum of two years experience in a related field.


  • Primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possibility of evening, weekend and holiday work.

  • Assists in maintaining the 24 hour on-call coverage as needed.
