Human Resources Clerk

Full Time Position​

Location: Administrative (Corporate)

Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Assists with daily efficient operation of the Human Resources department.  Interacts daily with employees, management, applicants and other business associates. Prepares orientation material, Updates personnel files, and provides administrative support. Compiles and maintain employee records and certification requirements and other departmental processes.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

 

  • A good understanding of Human Resource operations and knowledge of legal employment policies.

  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoys interacting with others

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.

  • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as in cooperation with others.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable in utilizing technology.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment and remain detailed oriented.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Associates Degree in human resources, business or accounting or 4 years or more equivalent of work experience.

  • Minimum of  (2) year experience in related field.

  • Valid Driver’s License
