Hawaii Care Choices is seeking an experienced Independent Contractor to provide speech therapy services on a contractual basis.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in their field, understands serious illness care, is flexible and available on an as needed basis. Contract rates negotiable.
Services needed:

Provides training in the use of adaptive equipment.

Home safety assessment
-
Caregiver instruction in the use of good body mechanics for turning and lifting patients as appropriate for the hospice patient and family.
